IMS Group - eMarketing Specialist
Primary Job Duties:
Assist with the creative development of the StarBoard line including graphic design for web, print, adverting, presentation material, and marketing collateral. Update marketing collateral and sales materials such as brochures and product sheets.
Work on various marketing activities such as launching print, web, and email campaigns, updating website and product information, contests, customer relationship management, design and layout of tradeshow booths. Implement and design monthly e-newsletter for resellers and customers. Provide gathered and shared information on competitor marketing practices, identify marketing opportunities and share ideas. Handle logistics activities such as shipping and receiving of marketing materials and demo units from tradeshows, demos, and special events. Write print and web copy, presentation scripts, storyboards, white papers and user stories and other work related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a Bachelors degree in business, marketing, graphic design, communications, advertising, public relations, fine arts, digital media or equivalent in work experience
- Experience in Education, Government, and small to large businesses
- Video editing and photography skills a plus
- Working knowledge of Adobe software creative suite, including Flash, power point
- Proficient on Mac and PC
- Strong skills in visual communication, iconography, layout, typograph, color harmony and branding
- Excellent organizational skills and able to handle multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written face to face and in groups
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
- Ability to travel, work overtime and some weekends

MiraiBio Group - Sales Account Manager (East Coast and upper Midwest)
Location: Boston, MA area
Primary Job Duties:
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for increasing customers for Company products within her/his territory. Sales Account Manager is required to manage current accounts, generate leads, qualify leads, and work with partners on leads. Makes sales presentations using web demos and handling in lab demonstrations. Attends trade shows, conferences and other customer oriented activities. All communications with customers must be recorded in Companyfs CRM system.
Minimum Requirements:
- B.S. degree in life science discipline
- 3 to 4 years software and/or hardware sales experience in life science field
- Ability to travel
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
