History

Hitachi Software North America Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi Software Engineering Co. Ltd., one of Japan's premier software and professional service companies. Our company was established in 1991 and maintains headquarters in San Francisco, with offices in New York and Los Angeles.

Hitachi Software North America Ltd. has spun off two successful companies:

• Hitachi Software Global Technology Ltd., in 1998
• Miraibio, Inc., in 1999
