Hitachi Software's Nationwide Call Center is our centralized remote technical support center. Our Call Center takes technical support requests from enterprises with remote technical support contracts.
The Call Center is equipped with Siebel Call Center Program, which manages all services and is also responsible for dispatching engineers to address immediate, on-site support requests.
